Difference between Shaolin Iron Palm and Tiger Iron Palm
On this website: http://www.wle.com//store/ironskills.html, Wing Lam Enterprises is selling materials for both a "Shaolin Iron Palm " and a "Tiger Iron Palm." Does anyone know what the difference between the two is?

http://www.martialartsplanet.com/for...0&postcount=50 Aside from details, iron palm is iron palm. Tiger claw emphasizes more conditioning on the fingers than the palm. If you want good iron palm dont learn it from a video.
