Hello Friends

Just joined the forum and wanted to say hello. My name is Frank and it seems we all have something in common, martial arts.I started doing western boxing when I was kid,my grandfather(WWII generation when men where men)was a boxer in his youth and taught me(ouch).I have dabbled in a few arts through out my life but my passion is taekwondo and xing yi.I have been practicing tkd for 9 years and xy for a year now.I have found this combo both hard and interesting. My tkd is becoming more internal and my xy,looks external(but gets a little better each day) if that makes sense.I mostly practice because I love to.

Frank

Did you ever work out with your grandfather?I was raised by mine and me and him had a boxing/running workout we did for quite a few years when I was young.Than he got a little older and slowly stopped doing these things.I strongly believe he may still be here today if he did'nt get a bit lazy in his 70's.
