      your welcome!
people also told me to try the typical body builder split (work on yur legs 2 days a week and upper body on another two) but most ppl are too weak for that, so i went on Starting Strength (SS).
SS works well. you have to push yourself. ive added 20 pounds to my squat in a week.
i recommend protein shakes. its hard to get all your protein otherwise
100 grams of meat only contains 20 grams of protein so if you want to eat 140 grams of protein, you need 700 grams of meat a day! which is pretty expensive
whey protein shakes only side effect is mild dehydration if you dont drink enough water (your body is 70% water so to build more muscle you need more water).
i was pretty skeptical about protein shakes but theres nothing wrong with them, theyre just dehydrated milk.
anyway i know i know the weight lifting can be confusing at first but just ask me questions if you have problems.

Hey if you want to gain strength, try this: http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wi..._Strength_Wiki
its got a break down explanation and FAQ for everything, theres no need to buy the book (i havent bothered).
remember to eat ALOT of food. healthy. you dont have to count calories but it is important to count grams of protein (you need about 1.7grams per kilo body weight).
and trust me when i say this - IT WILL TAKE YEARS TO GET BIG BUT ONLY A FEW WEEKS TO GET STRONGER.
your muscles are alot stronger than they look, you just dont know how to use them properly, but weightlifting helps. Buy heavy weights as it is important.
If you have any other questions, please contact me.
