one question for you ....Wushu is a very acrobatic Art....do you do any type of gymnastic training to be able to do it? I've seen a few masters perform different forms at demos...and it looked fantastic ( If a little gravity defying!). Also ...could you give us a quick explaination of whats involvd in Wushu...

sorry to ask so much so soon...but as another Chinese Stylist ..we don't have many Wushu exponents.

Well I was training in wushu since I was really small, so my body is just use to it I guess. It is very acrobatic. But a lot of people pay too much attention to the flashy moves and glamour. It is much more to wushu than that my friend. Don't be blinded by it's flashiness.

I understand that its much much more than the "flashy Techniques " we see at demos....but you must still have to learn them.

i am very interested in learning more...does your club have a website ...or are there any good wushu sites you could recommend.
