For the folowing reasons-
1.my appetite is low
2.sarcopenia
3.not enough motivation to stick to a diet plan
4.strenght,endurance
5.mass
I think these are some of the reasons,there are many others.However i train k1 3x pre week.
Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday.I've been thinkin about addin 2-3 days of gym.My main problem is fittin these days into my shedule.I train k1 at around 9pm in the evening on Tuesday and Thursday and at around 4pm on Saturday.So Saturday is out of the question.I'm a morning lifter so if anyone can help me with my shedule i.e. where can i fit those 2-3 days of gym?Should i do them when i train k1 or separate them?:confused:
