Hed buting is the most serious way to hurt someone. I just did it to my sister and I realy hurt my hed. I saw the ROCK hed but some dude, and it worked great, but I think I need some pad helmut. Is the hed but a martial art?

Well lessee, firstly for your picture. You can't link to a picture on your own desktop, you need to upload it.
As to the head butting, if you're at the stage where you're headbutting your sister to practice it I recommend you go for therapy rather than martial arts training.

Also.... if you can't spell head then I think repeated cranial impact may not be the best course to follow :p
