Thank you Keith

Can you just maybe tell me a little about who he trained with and how long he has been doing Silat?

Kind regards
Yaseen

Cecily Fay one opened recently in Cheam - a bit of a drive down the M4, but worth it: the instructor is a master of Silat Melayu and Wali Songo Pencak Silat - which I understand is quite rare. She became the Senior Instructor of Seni Silat Haqq Melayu and began teaching in 1999. She then went on to study the Indonesian style Wali Songo Silat and became and instructor that style in 2005. She's also a double European Champion in armed and unarmed Penkak Silat (sp?).

I'm pretty new here, not sure if I can post a link, so if you're interested please PM and I'll pass on details.

Cheers

Russ
