ProForce Stretch Machine

Hi All,

Looking for any feedback from people that have used the ProForce machine. I am tall 6'1 & have a concern about the placement/pressure on my knees - one review mentioned knee pain as the "thigh supports" can't be adjusted.

Any thoughts to this specific machine?

I use one at home and at our dojang. My instructors wife is a physical therapist & told us when experienceing discomfort in the knee area while using this machine, try moving the seat forward to relieve the pressure on the affected area. Hope this helps you, it has helped quite a few of us.

I prefer the Versaflex. The adjustable thigh pads will relieve your knee pain worries.
