OK for a number of years, I have been calling my Xmas training weekend a name I had been given for big family, or to the like
I want to know as I am not Japanese of course.
Kokenzuku is the name of our winter festival or matsuri.
We hold one in May as well but it is normally themed and called a matsuri like the Shinka Matsuri, each one each year changes
