Sorry its been so long, but boy have I been busy.

Ive been getting back into training now for the last 4 months and last month the opportunity arose to pick up on teaching again.

Im now teaching the kickboxing school I was learning at and am really enjoying it. The classes are filling up nicely and people seem to be enjoying the new format.

Something Id like to look into is some inter-club networking, ie guest instructors coming down etc. Only thing Im not sure about is who is close enough to pop in.

We are currently reviewing the entire syllabus and also looking at specifically putting together a black belt training program, again, any input would be appreciated.

I'm teaching a seminar at a Wing Chun club tonight. They've asked me to split it into two sections...

1. Knife defence
2. Grappling

And you know what Grappling means! --- LYCRA - Hehe, Hehehehe......
