I'm looking for some good MA fiction books (or a non-fiction book with a good plot, charters, etc.). Any thing you could recomend would be great.

I saw the book The Fighter's Body: An Owner's Manual. I know it covers nurtition stuff and how to get into the best physical shape thur that. How to loose weight thru exersize, etc. But I was wondering if it covered any of the basic stuff like Arobic vs. Anarobic. Basic stuff about the human bodie and how it works. If any one has read it, or know of a book that covers that stuff, I'd apprecate it if you let me know about it.

The fighers body (http://www.turtlepress.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=243)

Thanks.

Non fiction:
- Iron and Silk: Mark Salzman - Chinese Martial Arts
- Angry White Pajamas: Robert Tiwilliger - Aikido

Fiction
- The laughing Sutra: Mark Salzman - Chinese Martial Arts
- Helm: Don't remember - Aikido, solid scifi read

Enjoy, I'll add more if I can think of them.

Some great Martial Arts books, including Martial Fiction, Biographies, Technical Manuals, How to's etc are here:

Some witty vaguely Martial fiction would be the Isaac Adamson Billy Chaka novels, which are funny, poigniant and chopsy.
