Hey everyone!
I want to incorporate stretching into my program, but I'm not sure how to do it. I really like the program and would like to stick with it.
I was going to use the routines suggested in the "Beginner's guide to flexibility", but apparently dynamic stretching is now a big no-no.
The program I use is this:
Monday:
Max rounds in 20 minutes
2 pull-ups
3 push-ps
5 squats
Wednesday:
5 rounds for time
3 pull-ups
10 push-ups
16 squats
Friday:
For time
16 pull-ups
33 push-ups
33 squats
Each workout is followed by a few sets of crunches, but not for time. Also, the squats are without weights.
..and then I add more reps as my time improves.

Cardio I do during the week, and it varies a lot when I do it. Sometimes I do it on the same day as the other things, sometimes I do it on rest days. It usually consists of going for a run, either sprints or regular running. I do cardio about 3 times a week.
So how do I incorporate stretching into this? What excercises do I use, how many and how often etc.?
I REALLY appreciate any help you guys might have to offer!
