a book to check out

There is a book my mother purchased a few years ago that was really good. It's called "The Gift of Fear" by Gavin de Becker. Recommended reading. It's about not just ignoring those little voices in the back of your head that says something is wrong. Anybody else read it? (I admit, I've only read half of it.)

ps: i don't recommend living in fear. it's just an interesting book about the instict of fear.

I completely agree. This is an outstanding book. I use it in all my security training courses. Highly recommended.
