View Full Version : Workout Program for MA??

I practice an internal martial art call the "Yang Mian System".
I only do steel hand training and have been doing it weekly for about 3 year now. I practice about 4 days per week.
But want to increase my power in the following areas:

-body/core rotation
-explosive strength
-lightning speed
-longer endurance

I haven't as yet put together a program as such.
But have just bought 2X 16kg kettlebells, The TRX suspension trainer and the Tower 200 resistance band gym. I want to incorporate body weight training too.

I not to sure how to structure such a program. I heard interval training is good.
I only have 3 days per week to spend on working out, the other days i do my MA training.
Any ideas??
