hapkido schools in london

Not to my Knowledge, no.

The only regular Hapkido school that I now know of in London, is Tammy Parlour's class in Blackfriars, EC4.

She teaches Wol Ge Kwan Hapkido.

There is a Han Yung Hapkido school in London (one of the black belts there being Michael Palin's son!), a sister school to the one in Norwich and Clacton. I will try to find the address or number for you.
