Hello all members!

Started JKD 2weeks ago. The first week I was in pain, my body now recovers far quicker. Anyone thinking of training the best time is now.

The gym I goto has rules, so I set my own rules aswell for example don't under estimate anyone, next training session will be harder than the previous etc.

I have many questions and Iam sure members will help answering them.
