Hi everyone,
Well it's been at least 3 years and I still can't completely place my hands on the ground when I bend forward with my legs straight together. In class I find it difficult when we try to stretch as I feel a tightness behind my legs. I am only 15 so I think I should be able to accomplish this if I have proper instruction.

Here is what I'm trying to accomplish:

any advice would be appreciated!

Isn't that kinda really bad for the spine? If you're trying to do that stretch, do it from a sitting position so there's less strain, you wanna stretch your legs, not your spine.

John Davenports best hamstring stretch ever:

1. Sit with your legs straight, feet directly in front of you.
2. Cross your legs while they are still straight.
3. Stretch.
4. Cross your legs the other way.
5. Stretch.
6. Repeat as needed.
