Does anyone know any Martial Arts Book that describe various arts in each page i cam across some book that my freind had but couldnt remeber the name

just because it has 'idiots' or 'dummies' in the title doesn't mean its a poorly done book, thats why they're such a sucessful line

LeeGreg, Martial Arts for Dummies is a real book. I suggest you get up from your PC and go down to your local bookshop and have a look around.
