What is Nei Gong?

The subject says it all. What exactly is Nei Gong, how does it relate to Qi Gong and where does the distinction lie between the two. How do they relate to the arts? Is one applicable without the other? Or do they exist in a Ying/Yang partnership? What are the benefits of practicing Nei Gong? How do they compare to the benefits of practicing Qi Gong? Curious, thats all
