Hello everyone. My name's OCH and I'm an............................aaah damn- wrong board!

Start again!

I've been doing Tae Kwon Do for about a year. I attend my local club with my 3 kids. For me, TKD serves 3 purposes:

1. It gets the kids out on a Wednesday night instead of watching TV.

2. It gets us all doing some physical exercise together

3. In an increasingly dangerous world, we may just learn something that would come in handy some day.

I have been studying the message board for a couple of days and have already picked up many tips, so thank you and keep posting :)

Welcome from across the pond!:D

Can't eat donuts anymore. You get old and you have to decide: martial arts or donuts. I chose martial arts--what a fool am I.:D
