Do you do Tameshiwari/Kyokpa/Whatever? i.e. do you go smashing up hard substances with only your conditioned (i hope) hands, legs, head etc.

Could you tell us what those terms mean for those who don't know? (ie. Me)

I'm guessing conditioning of sorts?

I think it's Japanese for ironing your underwear.

Why would anyone want to? Isn't that we invented sledgehammers and other such toys?

Yep, I do. I hope to be able to shin kick through base ball bats soon ;)

Tell you what Ronin, I'll even swing the bat for you. :D

Make sure you've got plenty of aphrodesiacs to put on your shins afterwards.

Not for fun or training. Just on my TKD tests I have to break a couple of boards.

Nope, never tried punching or kicking in that manner. It's not the "boards don't punch back" mentality. I just never had the inclination to even try.

But the sound of breaking glass is so sonorous that I would be interested in learning how to punch through car windows.

Aphrodesiacs are thing that help one become "aroused". Freudian slip?
