Hi everyone,

I know I could make upu a lifestyle routine and post it here for advise, but I am really after someone who I can sit down and have a discussion to about it.

Basically I want to work out some sort of routine that balance work (of course), MA, cardio and strength training, without of course, overtraining. But I am not sure who is the best person to go and ask.

A personal trainer seems the most obvious person to ask, however I don't really trust them as none I have seen have taken me seriously and they also don't tend to know a llot about MA. There is also no one I think I can ask associated with my current MA who be able to help me. Well, they can, but msot of their experience is working out what works for them, not helping others other than generic advice.

So, if there a particular type of person I can ask or any qualifications I should look out for?

Best way is to learn what you need yourself. To do it all by consulting you'll need a dietician and strength and conditioning coach at the least. Lots of money most likely. Get among the health and fitness sections of all the martial arts forums and ask the questions you need answered, you're likely to get people with the experience you need to give you the right advice. Why not start right here?
If you still aren't satisfied, then look around and fork over money...
