and i will probally add some running in....sunday and tuesday i do football and taekwondo, monday i do basketball

You need to be a bit more specific with your goals, exercises, weights, sets and reps.

didn't really want to put pacific exercises so i could mix it up...goals is just to be a better m.artist but i do TKD and am thinking about doing kickboxing

Pretty random and general... 'back'... so what is the movement and the set/rep ratio. Could be anything. You working lats or traps or rhomboids... if lats which part.... come on give us something to help you with.

Why not go for big compound movements? It's all seeming very isolation oriented.

The workout looks like a half baked bodybuilder workout.

didn't understand half of that :confused: but i think im just going to do http://www.exrx.net/Workouts/Workout1LTA.html this workout but split it up so i do different muscles on different days :D would that work?
