This being my first post... Hello,
and with introductions out of the way I'm trying to become faster with both my legs and hands and I'm trying to build endurance for sparring.
Here's what I'm doing/ trying to do daily:
run/jog 30min - 1 hour (keeping up a pace to were it's hard to talk)
5x30 triceps push ups
5x50 wide push ups
10 punch's into gravel (pea gravel that is mostly smooth)
basically I'm going to work from my fingertips to my elbows on both arms and slowly increase the amount/power.
30 min of technique training.
15 min of speed training.
I'm going to be enrolled in an advance weightlifting class that is held 2 times a week for 1 hour.
Currently I am doing the push ups, running, and conditioning.
Suggestions?

Are you doing any stretching? It could improve your performance and help you recover quicker

I always forget about stretching.
Thanks, I'll add that into my routine.

I don't know how important kicking is to your goals. But this might help:

ill suggest wrist weights. train with them on, spar with out them.
i think you will notice a good speed and endurance difference.

Hmm... Not so sure I'd go this route for a few different reasons. Definitely not for speed.
This reminds me of punching while holding dumbbell weights. Not great for the joints and rotator cuffs.
Very light... 1lb or so is fine once in a while more as a way to condition shoulders a bit... but overall... not all that great for the joints and won't do much to increase punch speed.
If it's speed your looking to increase... why train with the resistance overall pulling the wrong direction? (eg. a weight pulls downward to the earth... primarily perpendicular to the punch axis)
If it's explosive power... punching with weights and wrist weights just puts the rotator cuff at risk during the deceleration phase of the movement.
You'd be better off looking for a movement like med-ball releases from boxing stance into heavybag. a la Ross Enamait.
Resistance bands for punching are again a better option than punching with weights as well. The resistance travels along the axis of the punch... not downward. And of course the risk of deceleration injuries isn't as much as with weights.
Not all weighted movements are bad... but for my money and time I prefer to train specific to the movement... so for speed you want to be fighting resistance on the right axis.

I actually use wrist weights when I'm training my patterns for competitions. Using weights with my patterns helps to make my techniques really powerful. I do want to improve my kicks, thanks for the links van zandt.

Less than 50% kicking speed is fine. Anything faster and you risk flinging your kneecap across the room!
