There's not really enough information to say, I'm afraid. What sort of exercises are you doing? I had a very similar routine when I was your age consisting exclusively of pushups, situps, pullups and running. While it was better than nothing, it wasn't ideal

oooh, didn't even think of that
ok, lower body/core excercises
lounges, crunches, bridges, squats, thats wierd one that looks like a cart wheel and the one where you lift your legs just off the ground and one i have just learnt, which is hard to explain but it works your obliques.
upper body
push ups, chin ups, pull ups, dips and any others i get reminded of

OK fair enough, well it's a start, I suppose. I'd be inclined to start building up towards harder exercises like pistols and muscle-ups as well.

well the biggest restriction on these is i don't know what they are.
the listed excercises are pretty much the extent of my knowledge, so i would appreciate as many suggestions as possible, and if it is possible directions on how to do them >><

OK, fair enough, well I think you should have a look here: http://www.trainforstrength.com
maybe here too: http://www.dragondoor.com
Oh, and especially here: http://www.bodyweightculture.com
I'd also suggest you take a look at interval training rather than just jogging: http://www.stumptuous.com/fartlek-swedish-for-asswhuppin
Do you have any weights?
