I've got some questions about stretching. I'm currently doing a split body workout, doing upper/lower body 2 times a week. I've read the beginner guide and it didn't talk about upper body flexibility. Do I need to do the same things before and after my workout (joints rotation,dynamic stretches,light cardio,workout,isometric stretches,relax strech) but with upper body. I also want to know which stretches to do for isometric and relax.

The basic principles of flexibility apply to all body parts.
