Hi everyone,
I have scioliosis about 32 degrees the last time I check (2 years ago). I just started TKD again and one thing I remember my doctor telling me is that my left leg is about 13 milimeter shorter than my right? When I knew this I thought my left leg would be stronger since more of my weight was placed on my left leg and I'm also left handed. I was absolutely wrong when I tried to jump on one leg and I just a lot higher and recovery to jumpin again is a lot faster with my right. My question is what leg exercises can I do to improve my jump height for my left foot?
