hey everybody... just signed up and am VERY interested in learning all i can about MMA and full contact fighting... any kind of information, tips, advice, help, or whatever i can pick up from this forum would be tremendous... i am in the process of trying to find a place to train right now but unfortunately i cant find anywhere that has what i am looking for... i want to hone my jiujitsu/grappling skills but i need a LOT of work with striking and stuff... so if any of yous guys are from the east coast (nyc area) and know of any places, PLEASE PLEASE lemme know... thanks!
