I'm sure we all know the ones I mean. Where you ascribe a particular exercise to a particular suit and do the number on the card or a multiple thereof of them.
THe variation I've come up with, though, is to do karate drills instead of straight exercises: you know the kind of thing, flicking off roundhouses from a held chamber position, punches in horse stance, etc. etc. mixed with pushups and squats
Do you feel this variation has value? I mean, it gave me a pretty hard workout and I enjoyed it, and it breaks up the sets and makes it fun again. There's nothing I find more boring than standing in stance on my own and cranking out kicks etc. without any variation. How do we feel about this?
