i have always been interested in mantis (i did some 8 step and also some basic 7 star). A good friend of mine does a different 7 star, more internal style called sanxi renxi sevenstar. What style 7 start do you teach?

Can you tell me a bit about the style. Is there locks and throws, or just striking techniques? I have a chance to try this art but am looking for an art which offers me Locks throws etc, so i can learn to control people aswell?
