Why didn't i try this years ago?

Wow!

I went to my first Mauy Thai class tonight and it was awesome! I found everything i learned really interesting and also very practical. I've trained in KB for a few years but we don't kick below the waist or knee or elbow, so tonights class was really good.
Having said that though the lesson was absolutely gruelling and it was my first time training since Xmas. I'm definitely gonna go back next week for more.

So how are you enjoying Muay Thai? Are you still going? It's great fun! I also did KB years ago, and I am real pleased that I switched over to Muay Thai! (about 4 years ago) I really love this style! Please let me know what you think of it! :Angel:
