Being entirely new to everything martial arts related, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with a WHA school, belonged to one or knew enough about the WHA to give advice about them? The reason I ask is that I am interested in starting Hapkido and there is a dojang that is associated with the WHA not far from where I live that offers classes at a time that I could attend. Here is a link (http://www.worldhapkido.com/) to their home page. Any help greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with any of the schools or instructors but I have seen their videos.
Here is a review of their training (http://www.hapkidoforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=1358) videos

I attended a seminar with Hwang in Shik(GM Tae Jung's Instructor). I was a green belt at the time, I am now 3rd Dan, and i am still impressed by the man. Hapkido is very loose nit, different schools can be in the same orginization and have totally different focus, curriculum etc. Go take a look with a critical eye, see if their black belt students are the kind of black belt you want to be. As far as the WHA is concerned
i`ve always thought highly of the orginization.
