View Full Version : Very sporadic routine that needs help

Hai dar.

At the moment, my gym routine is very sporadic, and I do not focus on any part of my body, rather just working out randomly, but I thought that a planned routine would be lots better.

So, at the moment, I try to do 30 minutes of running on a treadmill at the speed of 6 (this knackers me XD), then randomly working on the machines and lifting weights.

I'm trying to build up strength, resistance and stamina, as I'll hopefully be competing in fights (I train in Thai Boxing) this year, and want to be my best. I train on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and I hope to get to the gym at least Monday and Friday.

At home I try to do some smaller weights (7 kilograms if I remember correctly, but it may be 12.5) when I can't get to the gym, aswell as sit ups and press ups. If you can recommend anything you think would be useful, that'd be excellent.

Also, for those who posted on my other thread, this is somewhat related to it, as I'm trying to get back into the gym now.
