HEy I need some help.

I'm trying to get back into skipping. I don't have a decent skipping rope though.

I'm looking for a speed rope with an adjustable length rope. PReferably swivel handles too. I don't want any gimicks like a calorie counter of weights in the handels. So can anyone reccomend one for me I'm having problems finding one.

I live in the UK.

Argos. I think they sell the Reebok speed rope*. The Adidas one is slightly better and a couple of quid more. Both last a long time.

Edit: *They sell Nike now. Just do it!

I got the nike one a while ago. It's a really nice rope, I had to cut a tiny bit off the end to get it the right length (I'm 5ft 10). I can now cross skip and double skip again. Need to learn some more tricks though. Anyone know any sites that list all the tricks you can do with a rope?

I like this type of rope: http://www.esportsonline.com/?sitemid=1040043&websrc=froogle_1040043

It's a very fast rope - a cheap plastic handle, and a laminated steel rope between the handles. DOn't jump without shoes on if you use one though.

The mayweather one looks like he is just dancing for the people around him IMO

Indeed he is...but it's damn good skipping. I'd be happy being able to skip half as well as that.
