I have been lucky enough to have been given a Century Versaflex machine and would like to know how to incorperate this it a daily routine. I'm currently doing dynamic stretching front, side & back leg raises but not sure where to bring the leg stretching machine in.

Hope I have explained myself here.

Easiest thing to do on the Versaflex is relaxed stretching:

1. Stretch until you feel tension.
2. Hold that position until the tension disappears .
3. Increase the stretch, and then hold again.
4. Repeat until you hit your maximum.
