Even though they can be quite advanced (especially if you haven't done much strength training before), have a search on here and the rest of the web for 'plyometric training'.
Should do the trick.

Simple drills such as reaction pad work, kicking a bean bag (dropped from a height) before it hits the floor, foot volleyball, sprints, burpees, skipping rope... all these will enhance your speed.
An often overlooked attribute is flexibility, which can carry over to kicking speed. Generally, the more flexible you are (without exceeding the requirements of your sport too much) the faster you will be.

I have very fast legs, I think the video is dumb. I gained a lot of speed from bag training. Just do that and you should get faster.

The video contains good drills. For the record, bag work tends to build power more than speed. I bet if you added some of the drills from the video your legs could be even faster.

I don't understand how sprints, burpees, skipping rope could be helpful for kicking speed.

They develop explosive speed and power, and more confident footwork.

I've always done burpees but when you jump up do a jumping front kick/snap kick into a pad (different leg on each jump), one heck of a work out do 30 sets and see if you can walk the next day ;) My students hate that drill....
