Hi

I'm looking for a bodyweight circuit routine who will training the whole body. I'm a big fan of Ross Enamait training. I got II and NG. But, the only problem is the fact I can't do any exercice with jumping (jumping jack, burpee, etc), because I train in my flat on the 3rd floor, and the floor and wall here are like paper. How do I adjust my routine in this condition? Maybe I can change Burpee for squat thrust, but I don't have any idea for Jumping jack, split jump and etc.

Anyone knows good bodyweight circuit routine? Without jumping?

Thank a lot! I don't know what I could do without MAP:bang: !!

If you can't do jumping exercises just replace them with other moves that Ross uses, such as dumbbell swings, bodyweight squats, mountain climbers, squat thrusts, or even do the burpee but just stand up rather than jump.

Could you buy an exercise bike or rowing machine that would allow you to do intense intervals without the impact?

I already have an exercice bike ! I already use it for the 4 X 400 meters en 5 X 50 meters in II.

I think I know what confused me the more in Ross routine. I trained like a bodybuilder for 3-4 years, doing normal fitness session. You know, the classic Chest/Biceps/Abs on monday, after that Back/Triceps/Calf on wednesday and etc. But with Ross, there's no pure isolation movement! So i'm always there asking myself : "ok...Jumping jack work the whole body, so I can't replace it with Band slam because it's work principaly the back".

But if you said I can replace it with anything else, it make the routine construction way moooore easier.

Thank Frodocious !

The conditioning routines Ross uses are designed to work the body in a range of exercises whilst improving anaerobic and aerobic condition, so it is perfectly ok to swap things out and move them around. Just do exercises that challenge you for the interval you are working and mix them up as much as you can.

In the summer you could always go and do your routines in a local park so that you could do burpees and other jumping exercises.
