After purchasing many training dvds like the Tae Bo series and Bootcamp series by Billy Blanks which where very good but always some element missing.

I am happy to say that P90X covers every single aspect of total fitness and if done correctly with diet you are sure to change your whole body, maybe it will take longer then 90 days but hey there are 3 program to choose when doing P90X.

The regular P90X program that has a lot more bodyweight and weight training to build muscles.

The Lean version where cardio is prime but you do bodyweight and weight training twice a week so you get the total body workout has well.

And for the advance peeps there are the Double where you train in the morning and at night.

The diet book is complete with 3 phases, fat shredding, energy phase and maintenance.

P90X is not for everyone, it says it all its extreme, i am injued with a bit of back pain but was able to do P90X without to much pain due to my excellent prolotherapy treatments and spine force.

You have to commit to the program and have at least 1 hour a day to put into it, Tony Horton the guy that built the program is awsome, he makes jokes all the time and has a great way to push the person doing the P90X for is max.

The daily tips are great too, and you must always push yourself a little bit more.

I need to strenghten my lower back and upper back, now the CORE SYNERGISTICS will do the trick its that amazing, also Strech X if you are injured will help a lot, most of the time has we get older you stop streching that is the worst mistake ever and Yoga X will also help strenghten the whole back and so much more.

Shoulders and arms program will work the upper back and deltoid to strenghten the upper back region so any neck pains, trap pain caused by weak muscles will be solved.

Theses are only a small part of what P90X can offer, if you dont like to go to the gym and face the crowds, get in line to do your exercises and want to lose maximum weight then P90X is for you.

I have been a long time weight lifter and can honestly say i never trained has hard has i am now doing P90X and that is after week one can you imagine.

I just ordered p90x and am getting the final bit of equipment for it. I will be doing it in my basement. I am a judoka and also 36. I do a few tourneys a year and have high hopes for the program. I am really going to try to still with the diet program which will be the most difficult part since no one else in my family really eats healthy. I am hoping to get rid of that stubborn 10 lbs around the waist and shed a little bodyfat on the upper body as well. This will hopefully put me in a smaller weight class for comps. Good luck!

I am testing myself now has i said, but still i am on week 2 of the program and my legs are hard has rocks.

This program is hard really hard, but i am going to do it til the end, i still have a bit of back pain so i cannot get into it full blast.

DO NOT SKIP THE YOGA DVD, i do it everyday not the whole 1:30 of it, just bits and parts 30 minutes here and sometimes push myself to do 1 hour, its hard real hard but the benefits are amazing, i am already a lot more flexible then i was last week, i can acutally touch the floor now when i bent forward, also Yoga has so many benefits.

DO NOT SKIP THE CORE TRAINING, i need to strenghten my lower back due to injury, i did core training 3 times the first week and am doing it again tomorrow, my abs are weak, my lower back muscles are weak so i need to really work on both Yoga and Core DVDs until everything is back to normal.

Still i can do cardio X and Kenpo X without to much trouble in fact the first time i did Kenpo X i had to stop, this week i did the whole DVD and was a lot better then the first time.

I am sort of doing the LEAN version until i get pain free then i will switch to P90X Classic.

Has for nutrition i am working on this too, you dont have to follow P90X diet if you already eat healthy and get in enough protein.

You will also have the benefits of Judo for the extra cardio and beleive me your BODY WILL CHANGE.

I did not lose any weight but my gut is smaller and i feel a lot better.
