Hi just a quick question but any help would be greatly appreiciated. i broke my jaw about 5 weeks ago and to be honest it was painful to do any exercise while it was broke so i just diddnt bother. basically i went back to training last night diddnt do anything too hard but iv been aching loads from it today like it was a majour workout also my strength has dropped a lot. I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get back to full fitness after this sort of break im hoping it wont take too long but to be honest i have no idea.
