I have Injured 2 of my middle fingers on my left hand, I took a Mawashi geri to the fingers, And now i'm wondering whats wrong, I had it checked out and x-ray and apparently nothing is broken, But i have 2 giant black marks on the underside of my knuckles, the middle ones the knuckles on the fingers, They are super stiff and when i rub them i feel a small shooting sensation up my arm but not extreme pain its actually fairly passive not much pain at all.

What i was wondering is has anyone had a similar Injury and what did you do to fix it.

Thanks :D

They could just be badly bruised. Treat them with an ice pack and take ibuprofen to reduce the swelling and see how they are then.

Its been 4 days now, And Lucky it dosen't seem to be too bad, i found that Arnica + Glucosamine + Massageing + Iceing + Buddy tape has worked really well, even thou they were so black they seem to be looking a little better and i can use them again :D

You could try some alternating hot and cold treatment now. Basically apply the ice pack for 10 minutes, then treat with heat for 10 minutes (e.g. immerse the fingers in hot water - not too hot!), then reapply the ice pack for 10 minutes. Do this 3 times a day.

Intresting, what will this do if you don't mind me asking :D

Basically, the ice reduces the swelling and the heat opens up the blood vessels to let the nutrients in the blood in, which help repair the damage.

Frodo's got this one covered. Also take perscription levels of ibuprofen. When I've got a inflammation related injury, I take 6 ibuprofen every 6 hours.
