Hello,
I am in need of some help with a increasing flexibility routine. I am age 16 and dont have much time until about a half an hour to do other things. Now what I want to accomplish is to keep myself as flexible as possible until I can move into another Martial Art. The only problem is that I do not have much time on my hands.
What I would like help on is how to establish a flexibility routine and what kinds of stretches ( in detail, if possible) and tips to keep this routine in memory, because I previously have tried to establish a routine, and forgotten all about it in about a week and a half later. Please help.
