School in Washington

I'm looking for a school for a friend of mine who's just moved to America. She's looking for either a Chinese art, or something like Arnis or another weapons based art. I don't think a hard style would be suitable, and preferablly not full contact. She's in Ferndale, Washingon state, so If anyone knows of anywhere good round there, let me know :)
