I may be moving into a Boxing center to teach TKD but was also asked about teaching a little kickboxing since i teach a lot of TKD sparring. Nothing big though. Could you all help me with some info on it and or how to teach it?

Chazz,
There is a very useful site that goes into explaining what they do for beginners to kickboxing on the following URL:
http://www.cwtkd.com/boston/beginner.html - I'll keep looking for more!

Start working your boxing skills first of all. With out them a good boxer will walk right through your kicks and go at it.
What rules?
Western style? Muay Thai?
Full contact fighting is a lot different then TKD or point fighting.
I would question whether you should be teaching it without any background.
