Well now that i got your attention hehehehe.

I must admit that prolotherapy is amazing, but not quit cut out to be the fast acting miracle cure that most hyped internet websites make it out to be.

I just got my 5 prolotherapy treatment and my lower back feels a lot better.

I will be ending a series of 6 treatments next Friday OCT 17th.

I feel that all my ligaments are stronger, my posture is better, but my pain is not gone 100%.

I have to do the spine force machine to rebalance my posture.

I do have confidence in my medical doctor because what he told me up to date is working great.

I will also keep this treat on prolotherapy and not start to curse the dirty chiros.

The mixture used for my injections where dextrose 10-15% xylocain and zeel. A good prolotherapist will adjust the dosage following the patient feedback, my doctor needed to adjust the dosage for each treament to make it stronger since my body adapted so fast to the inflammation. My last treatment i was sore for 3 days which is very good.

Also prolotherapy will not work alone, you need to combine it with core training and strenght training to make sure that the foundation is strong.

There are some very good feedbacks on the spine force and chronic back pain, and i cant wait to try this has well.

Keep you guys posted on my progress.

BTW prolothrapy is not fun at all, it hurts, the needle used in the lower back is a lot bigger then for the neck and upper back, and each time i got a shot i hurt like hell.

Also afterward many times after a treatment even if done early in the morning i could barely sleep at night.

Theses are all small price to pay to get pain free.

I am glad to say that i do feel my pelvic a lot stronger now and i guess that prolotherapy was able to undo all the wrongs that the chiropratic adjustments did on my spin all theses years.

Never heard of it but sounds like it is doing the job.

Prolotherapy is now given to fix my snapping hip joint, got my first injection inside the tendon of my hip, was quit surprised that it did not hurt.

Also started the spine force i now have 10 sessions of this to do and will also be adding a bit more prolo in the next weeks to come.
