Referal

I was looking in the prophiles and I saw a section called "referals" and I have no idea what this is. What is a referal? How do you get one? Is it a good thing or a bad thing?

It's a good thing, its when you refer someone else to the site. When they join they get a chance to list your name as the person who told them about the site, which gets you a referral.

You could always make a bunch of different names and refer yourself Eightfold Path, but you'd probably be caught, they're pretty good that that here :D
