Hello Everyone,
Last month I dislocated my elbow in JuJutsu (waki gatame). Anyway, I may not be able to get coverage for physical therapy, although I am still trying. Either way, does anyone know the process for rehabilitating a dislocated elbow? It is back in place, but I have very little range of motion in my elbow, and limited range of motion in wrist and hand.
