Hello everybody. New here to the forum but my brother has been here for a while. Anyway I practice Kempo-JuJitsu and I want to train in some full contact fighting(not for sport or competition but more for training purposes). Any recomendations on protective gear and any tips? Also I think going full contact all the time might be dangerous so will only do it sparingly. Any thoughts?

I use "Fist" gear, but not so much for the sparring, but self defense work. It is useable for sparring though, just gets hot as hell! Plan on spending 560, but it's worth it if you want realism w/o any real pain!:)
