I bought a kb about a year ago and have been using it off and on.
Couldn't use it this summer because of my living arrangements, but now I have plenty of space to swing it around.
I usually try to do one fairly intense workout a week (or at least intense for me, as I have no background with weights) and one lighter workout.
The lighter work out is basically just doing 20-40 swings, some single hand swings where I throw it and catch it with the other hand, and a couple lifts above my head.
Just wondering if this will give me any benefits, or how I can change it to make it better (keeping in mind that I'm essentially looking for a light workout due to the fact that I don't want to get too tired to practice MA on those days).

All positive advice is welcome.

Best

Start working on your high pull and your catch so you can do cleans. If it's light enough, try getups.
