As I get older and try to train as hard as I always have I'm finding my limbs/joints ache a bit more than usual.
I'm also sore in places I didn't know existed since starting MA and use different muscles/dynamics than I did before.

Any suggestions on what I should take to help this

A tried and true supplement for joints. Also, give a look at Cissus powder. Many of my friends on the bodybuilding forums swear by it but I have no personal experience w/ it.

Fish oil can work wonders as well.

This is the bomb for sure along with Animal Omega from universal has well.
