Here is what I eat;
Brown Long Grain Rice, Chicken, Peas, Raw Carrots, Bananas, Apples, Cheese sauce (for a rice hot dish).
Now, what am I missing? Or is this a complete diet that is fine?
P.S.- When I said "Here is what I eat", I mean LITERALLY. As in that's all.

Why are you so restrictive in your diet?

Agree with pauli. Plus one staring omission is that your diet is very low in fats (which is bad).

It seems very low in fats and protein! Plus getting all your amino acids from one source of protein is never a good idea.

Lacking veggies also, spinach & brocoli.......are good......unless you hate them of course....then they are bad! But still good!

Try some fish instad of chicken once in a while. Shouldn't cost much.

Protein Powder ( Whey or egg white)
Egg Whites or Eggs
COMPLEX CARBS
Oatmeal (Old Fashioned or Quick Oats)
Sweet Potatoes
Beans (pinto, black, kidney)
Whole wheat or Spinach Pasta
